This is an open top and part of the ongoing construction project in Norfolk. The pieces pictured above are part of the new tunnel they are building. These deliveries take a lot of detail oriented planning as there needs to be equipment moved to the delivery site and sometimes multiple pieces in one container need to go to different addresses. It takes quite a bit of time and the right carrier partner to be willing to handle these for us.
